Customer Program Manager
- Responsible for managing SUN, Super Micro, and Generic MXM accounts
- Managed graphics card NPI efforts for major OEMs, and their partners (CM/ODM).
- Determined strategy and tactics for executing product solutions from award to production.
- Translated customer needs into tasks, program schedules, milestones and deliverables for all functional areas and proactively captured, tracked and resolved any issues.
- Successfully launched over 20 different OEM graphics product solutions including SUN Workstations and servers.
- Worked closely with the hardware and software engineering teams, the FAEs, Sales and the Operations teams to resolve technical and logistic issues.
