PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

 

Customer Program Manager

• Responsible for managing SUN, Super Micro, and Generic MXM accounts
• Managed graphics card NPI efforts for major OEMs, and their partners (CM/ODM).
• Determined strategy and tactics for executing product solutions from award to production.
• Translated customer needs into tasks, program schedules, milestones and deliverables for all functional areas and proactively captured, tracked and resolved any issues.
• Successfully launched over 20 different OEM graphics product solutions including SUN Workstations and servers.
• Worked closely with the hardware and software engineering teams, the FAEs, Sales and the Operations teams to resolve technical and logistic issues.
• Regularly communicated the program status and key issues to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Defined customer specific tools and approaches for OEM deliverables and OEM interface management.
• Develop standard product deliverable procedures like weekly updates to customers in excel and update the internal teams with a weekly Top 5 issue tracker etc.
• Monitored forecasts to ensure no impact to inventory, implemented backup plan for alternate sources as well as EOL components on PCB, and requested BOM changes through Agile software.
• Coordinated departmental orders including tracking and follow up until delivery, with the goal of eliminating waste.
• Created documentation support for critical PM responsibilities.
• Background in full product life-cycle design and development of critical business applications.

 

 

CAF (Computer Automated Fixturing) Lead

• In charged of setting department’s daily schedules and assigned appropriate engineering responsibilities and priorities.
• Designed Mechanical Applications for Test Fixtures using proprietary software.
• Assisted and supported Inside Sales Department with customer support and order verification.
• In charged of training all new employees on departmental process and use of software.
• Provided support to customers on job status and technological questions.

Desktop Support 

• Key player in WAN conversion for new addition to company.
• Established and maintained network users, user environment, directories, and security.
• Installed and supported PC-based LAN connectivity, Aspect, and Windows NT file servers.
